The issue is same to me its not coming up is there any resolution ?
Can not see any data in my legal info in partner center or neither in identifiers tab ?? can not activate my business account or re enroll to update my accurate legal info please help !!!!!!!!!!!!

We finally resolved this issue. Part of the problem when logging a support ticket on this matter is using the correct terminology in the ticket description that will provide clarity as to which department to escalate your request to.
The reason you are seeing a blank legal info page is because your "account vetting status is rejected". This means that whatever data you previously submitted in the legal info page has been rejected by microsoft and now you are "locked out" from submitting any revisions.
To put yourself on the path to unlock your legal info page, do the following:
- login to Microsoft Partner Centre
- Click on the ? (question mark) in the top right corner
- Fill in the form as follow:
- Problem Summary: "account vetting status is rejected"
- Workspace: "Account Settings"
- Problem Type: "Account verification > Business verification"
- Click "Review Solutions"
- Click "Create support request"
- In the Additional details, enter the following: "Our Microsoft Partner account vetting status has been rejected. Consequently we have been locked out of our Legal Info and are unable to submit any corrections. Can you please have the relevant team that can help with the authorisation of our vetting status get in touch with us asap so that we can resolve this matter."
Fill in the other fields as accurately as you can and submit the support ticket. Hopefully your request will find its way to the relevant microsoft agent that has the system privileges to reset your vetting status. This process worked for us. Good luck!

- I logged-in using my @outlook.com email not my @(business).com email
- I went to programs
- I added the one for Microsoft store: "Windows" (not "Windows Desktop Applications")
- I was made to pay the 99 USD
- THEN I was able to see and manage everything
