Windows 11 session host pool stuck in Unavailable status

Created session pool with custom image and image from azure market, both success to join domain and added session host pool. But still both stuck in Unavailable status.

Same environment (NSG, vNet, DC) are working fine with another Win 10 session pool.

Beside event log in server side, any log I can looking for?

Any difference steps between create win 11 and win 10 session pool ?

Are you running AVDI and enabled the LA agent to get the logs from machine?
If the issue is remote access, this would allow you to deploy remotely and it'll help gather a picture of what went wrong.

I am creating pooled Win11 VDI in Azure Virtual Desktop. Sorry what do you mean LA agent? Do you mean diagnostic extension?

Apologies for confusion, enabling the Log Analytics (LA) agent in Azure Virtual Desktop Insights (AVDI) allows you to collect diagnostic information from your session hosts and send it to a Log Analytics workspace.

This diagnostic information can include performance metrics, event logs, and other data that can help you troubleshoot issues with your session hosts.

Thank You for the info for the Log Analytics

I found out it is because I am not using multi session image in Pooled host pool, this cause the VDI state retain unavailable.
