Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) for Android

We are testing in a tenant which has the business premium subscription. I configured and enforced the base app policy for Android for all users in the tenant. Signing in to the Defender app on Android shows the message “App Disabled by Administrator”, need help to resolve this issue.
