How do I get the Microsoft Teams Airbrake Connector Installed

I am using Microsoft Teams. I have the Airbrake App installed but I cannot get the connector to appear in the Microsoft Teams Channel list of Connectors. What am I doing wrong? Here is what I have done:

I removed the Airbrake connector from the MS Teams Channel.

I removed the Airbrake app from the Team (as a team owner) in MS Teams.

I re-added the Airbrake app to the Team (as a team owner) in MS Teams.

Then I go to MS Teams > Apps > Manage Your Apps > Airbrake > “Add to a Team”.

5 Channels appear but not the one I want so I search for the “airbrake” channel and click “Setup a Connector”

After doing that, an MS Teams popup appears that says “Connectors for the ‘airbrake’ channel in ‘<Team name> team.

Nothing else happens?

No Airbrake connector appears and it is not in the list of available connectors.

Am I doing something wrong or what is happening here? I tried on both MS Teams App for Windows and MS Teams WebApp in chrome and both exhibited the same behavior.
