Where is the PDF (Adobe) within Microsoft 365. I use to have it and since the upgrade from Office to 365, I no longer have it

What do I do now? I no longer have PDF capability; and I did before this upgrade to Microsoft 365. How do I get it back? Why wasn't it included when the upgrade occurred? I am not a business nor a student, but I have need for this app.

I appreciate any feedback and hopefully, a solution.

You need an app called Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 to use PDF files in your Microsoft 365 programs. You can get this app in two ways:

If you have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you can turn it on in your Microsoft 365 programs by clicking File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-ins > Go and checking the box for Adobe PDF.

If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you can get it from this website: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/. Search for Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 and click Get it now. Choose the apps that you want to use and follow the instructions.

The appsource asks for a work or school email. I am at home. It does not allow me to put my home email in, to get the app. Help, please. This is so frustrating

I think I got it, sigh. I'll know for sure, the next time I attempt to scan a document and I'm able to scan it to PDF. Sighx2
