Does the Teams web client have the same problem?
Depending on the error code, the possible cause is that the device is not registered with Azure AD. Here are a few possible solutions to try:
- Disconnect and then reconnect with your account.
- You can delete your account from Azure in Settings and sign back in.
- You can remove the credential from Windows Credential Manager and try to log on to the client again.
- Clean the client cache and log back in.
