I lost my old phone now how can i login into new authenticator app

I have lost my old phone and buy a new phone but in unable to login in authenticator app in new phone because authenticator app need access from old phone . How can i login in new phone? Kindly help because i m unable to login in my organization mail and other things.

Hello Ali,

The best thing you can do is complete the account recovery form to prove that you are the account owner and disable / re-enable multi-factor authentication to work with the new phone.
