If you are looking for how to include attachments in the automatic reply sent by the shared mailbox, please refer to the steps below:

1. Assuming you have been granted the full access permission of the shared mailbox, create a new Outlook profile and then add the shared mailbox as a separate account. Detailed instructions, you can refer to How to add a shared mailbox as additional account in Outlook.

2. Set up an inbox rule with the action " have server reply with a specific message“, insert the attachment into the sample message. Detailed steps, you can check my post in this thread, just be sure to include the attachment in step 5.

How to add/remove attachement in shared mailbox other than OWA

Are you talking about adding/removing attachment when composing a new message? If this is the case, aside from open the shared mailbox in OWA, you can also use the Outlook desktop client.

Provided that you've already been granted the Send as permission of the shared mailbox, you can click the From button in the New mail window in Outlook, and then click "Other Email Address...", type the email address of the shared mailbox.
