Enterprise Application issue of SAML SSO

Dear Support,

For setting the saml sso by Enterprise application, after we add the 21th records with multiple conditions and save, it come the error, and we find below error in the logs, would you please suggest how to fix it ?And we total need to add 80+ records . Thanks.

@Fireson G L LI Can you please specify the call that you are using? Typically the error you mentioned occurs if there is a syntax issue, though occasionally I have seen errors like this due to outages.

All our setting will be the same as below screen, 1 group transfer to a specify name and feed to the application, we already test a log time, all the specify names are good , only after we added the 21th groups then it can't save.
