    Hello Roshan Upadhyay

If you're experiencing issues while trying to create a free Azure account and encountering the error message "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card" during the cardholder's name section, here are a few suggestions to help resolve the problem:

Ensure accurate cardholder's name: Double-check that you are entering the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on your debit card. Even small differences, such as capitalization or spacing, can trigger an error. Pay attention to any special characters or punctuation as well.

Confirm card details: Verify that you have entered the correct card number, expiration date, and CVV code (the three-digit security code on the back of the card). Make sure there are no typos or mistakes in these details.

Check card type compatibility: Azure accepts various types of cards, including credit cards and certain debit cards. Ensure that your card type is compatible with the Azure payment system. Some prepaid or virtual debit cards may not be accepted.

Contact your bank: Reach out to your bank's customer support and inform them about the issue you're facing. They can provide insights into any restrictions or blocks on your card that might be causing the error. Request them to check if there are any specific limitations regarding online international payments or transactions.

Use a different card or payment method: If you continue to experience difficulties, consider trying a different debit or credit card. Alternatively, you could explore other payment methods such as PayPal, if available in your region.

Contact Azure Support: If the issue persists even after trying the above steps, it is recommended to contact Azure Support for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot the problem and provide guidance specific to your situation.

When contacting Azure Support, provide them with detailed information about the error message you received and the steps you have already taken to resolve the issue. This will help them understand the problem better and provide a more accurate solution.

    Hi Roshan

    I faced similar situation once,

You can only use VISA or Mater cards for availing the free trail,

This might have happened because the card you entered is not one of them.

Kindly check if you card is one of the above mentioned type.

Kindly accept the answer if it helped, for any assistance ping in the comments. thanks much
