How to decrypt files encrypted by BitLocker individually, I have mastered the recovery key

I accidentally deleted a file while BitLocker was encrypted, and when I retrieved the recovered file, the file was encrypted. I have the key, how can I decrypt the recovered files with the key?

You can't decrypt a file, BitLocker doesn't encrypt files it encrypts the whole volume. You have to decrypt the volume, and then try to recover the file on the decrypted volume.
