Hi,

In our company we have email campaign to send to our customers and consists hundreds of email addresses. When we send our campaign using MS 365 to our recipient and those recipients replied back their email were being quarantine. How do i prevent or handle this.

I know i can set in the mail flow rules or exempt their email or domain not to go through via Anti-Spam. But we do have hundreds of them its tedious to add them one of each domain and its not good practice to disable the anti-spam protection.

To avoid being marked as spam in email marketing campaigns, you should:

    1. Review your subscriber list and target active and interested recipients.
    2. Avoid using phrases, fonts, colors, and punctuation that are typical of spam messages.
    3. Use a recognizable sender name and a from email address that includes your business’s website.
    4. Choose a reliable email service provider and get a certificate by a third party.
    5. Check if you are a blacklisted sender and test your emails before sending them.
    6. Avoid adding any attachments or broken links in your emails.
    7. Use plain text instead of HTML or use both formats.
    8. Provide an unsubscribe option and personalize your emails.

    Hi @John Penafiel ,

Since it's not realistic in your situation to manually exempting all senders or domains, I'd recommend trying to set up a mail flow rule based on some unique factors of these mails.

For example, you can try to enforce the campaign emails to include some fixed words/phrases inside the subject, so that when recipients reply back, these words/phrases would be retained by default. In this case, you can set up a mail flow rule to bypass spam filtering based on the mail subject:
