I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have encountered an issue while trying to access my exam voucher for the Azure 900 Fundamentals certification exam. Additionally, I would like to request some additional time for the exam due to a disability.

I recently received an email from Microsoft with the subject line, "Are you certified?" The email stated that upon completing the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals, I would be eligible to take the certification exam at no cost. The email provided instructions on how to schedule the exam, including linking my account to receive the discount.

However, despite following the provided steps diligently, I have been unable to access the exam voucher. I have attempted to navigate to the 'exam discounts' section and enter the email address I used for event registration, but no voucher has been made available to me.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from your team could assist me with this matter. It is important for me to schedule and take the Azure 900 Fundamentals exam as it aligns with my professional goals and aspirations.
