No, changes made by one user to their instance of the VM will not affect other users' instances of the VM. This is due to the fact that each VM instance is isolated from the others. When you distribute a VM, each user receives a copy of the VM in its original state. Any changes they make to their VM copy, such as adding or removing user profiles in Microsoft Edge, will only affect their VM copy.
About VM distribution & MS edge account synchronization
There are multiple users using a distribution of the same Windows10 virtual machine on their own physical machines, and the VM is logged in with an administrator Microsoft account by default before distribution. When a user creates or deletes a user profile for a different Microsoft account using Microsoft edge in a VM, will the user profile overwrite or account login state be synchronized between different VMs? For example, user A logs in and adds three user configurations A, B, and C in the MS edge of the distributed VM, and user B logs in and adds three user configurations B, C, and D. All the accounts logged in by the user configuration will be displayed in the Setting - Email of the VMs. When user A removes configuration B from his VM, or removes account B from Settings, does it affect the login status of configuration B or account B in user B's VM? If a user removes or changes an admin account in the system, will it affect admin accounts in other VMs?
VM - Virtual Machine. Depending on the requirements, this could be VMware, Azure or Hyper-V.
Thanks.
