Problems with remote Desktop for Mac 10.8.4 (2111) support ID: AD2B4A3B-F7E7-49FB-BC1C-080C222ED620

I have updated to the latest version of Remote Desktop and now when I log into my virtual version of windows, the keyboard does not respond.  I am able to move the cursor but the keyboard is dead.  I did not have any trouble with the prior version.  When I switch to unicode, I have found the "delete" key does not work, and there may be others.

Mac Book Pro, 16 inch 2019 Mac OS Ventura13.4.1(c)  keyboard Mode is Scan code.  When I switch to unicode, I have found the "delete" key does not work, and there may be others. This is new.

If possible, try using a different keyboard to rule out any hardware issues with the current keyboard. If this solves the problem, you may need to take your device in for service.

You may try Fn + Backspace

Sometimes, a restart of the remote desktop connection can resolve temporary glitches. Disconnect from the remote session, and then try reconnecting.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the remote desktop software.
