Error code 0xc000000e and getting into Recovery Tools

So I got this error, and almost every single way I found I could fix it is by going on Repair Tools, one of the options is "Press F1 to enter Repair Enviroment" but everytime i click it, it just reloads the same page.

I got into this by installing something, and then it began installing another thing and it lead me to this error page, I think it's some corrupted file.

Can anyone help? The main problem here is getting into the recovery tools I guess.

    • Which operating system are you using?
    • What does the currently displayed interface look like, and is there a corresponding screenshot?
    • Can I enter the advanced boot menu?
