How Can I Make A Dial-up Server In Windows 10? I Already Have A LAN Connection On A Windows 10 PC And A Have A Modem In A PCI Slot. I Just Need To Dial In From A Windows 98 Machine To Get The LAN Drivers On It. i Would Create A VERY SIMPLE Webpage With a "Download" Link To Get The 1.6MB File On It. I Have A Second PCI Modem Too, but only Windows 10 Detects Them.I Will Try To Get An External Modem Soon. We Also Have a VoIP Landline, But All The Dial-Up Numbers Are Dead. If I Can "Rebroadcast" An Internet Connection To The Dial-Up, It Would Also Be Awesome, But Optional. Any Help Making A Simple Dial-up Server Would Be Appreciated. Thank You.
