How do I access my VM?
If you are having difficulty accessing your VM, you can try resetting your username/password by using "Reset password" under "Help" in your VM resource:

If your VM is in a bad state, you may want to try redeploying your VM (go to your VM resource and under "Help", select "Redeploy + reapply"):
