windows 11 update not showing up

i just got a new laptop in 2023. the device meets all requirements for windows 11. when i go to check for updates the only thing about windows 11 is a message saying "get ready for windows 11 ". please tell me what to do

Hello. What is the current system version? You can check if your device is eligible for the upgrade by using the PC Health Check app. This app will scan your device and let you know if it meets the requirements for Windows 11.
