Teams crashed. I was able to log in to Teams normally in the first few hours, but later during the meeting, I noticed that my status displayed offline. However, after a few minutes, it crashed and was unable to log in.

Hi @Anonymous

Does the Teams web client have the same problem?

Do other users in your organization have the same problem?

Here are a few possible solutions to try:

  1. Sign out and exit the Microsoft Teams app.
  2. End the Teams process in Task Manager Microsoft.

a. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.

b. Type taskmgr and click OK to open the Task Manager.

c. In the Process tab, look for any tasks associated with Microsoft Teams.

d. Select the process and click End task.

  1. Clear the Teams cache.
