While on the exercise, I followed the instructions as stated in the exercise but when I arrived at point 5, I was shown something else instead of what the exercise stated would be shown.
Here are the instructions:
Create a storage account
In this task, we will create a new storage account.
Sign in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com
Select Create a resource.
Under Categories, select Storage.
Under Storage Account, select Create.

Based on your issue description, I understand you're referring to Azure Learn modules -To better assist you on this, which Azure fundamental module are you practicing?
Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services> Describe Azure storage services [Unit 5] or some other module?

Following the steps under the section Create a storage account , 1-5, I see this ( screenshot) below, please let us know what specific issues or inconsistency you're seeing.
