How can I deploy gpt-35-turbo-16k? When I use azure AI studio to deploy, but I can not find GPT-35-Turco-16K model. My account is in east US.
I have checked on this issue internally and below is an update.
We have temporarily disabled gpt-35-turbo 16k in East US while troubleshooting customer reported issues. This should be resolved and re-enabled shortly.

gpt-35-turbo-16k is available now in East US for deployment.
I just tried and able to deploy successfully.
