There was gpt-35-turbo-16k model last week (Jul 13, 2023) for sure, but it disappeared today, It doesn't exist anymore. What happened? However when I called an api gpt-35-turbo 0301 version, it says that it can also accept 8192 tokens. I got confused.

    Sam Greetings!

There was gpt-35-turbo-16k model last week (Jul 13, 2023) for sure, but it disappeared today, It doesn't exist anymore. What happened?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I have checked on this issue internally and below is an update.

We have temporarily disabled gpt-35-turbo 16k in East US while troubleshooting customer reported issues. This should be resolved and re-enabled shortly.

However when I called an api gpt-35-turbo 0301 version, it says that it can also accept 8192 tokens. I got confused

We have temporarily having issues with larger 16k requests, please use lower 8k limits temporarily. This should be resolved shortly, but at this time will have lower limits.

Please wait for further updates. Thanks for your understanding and appreciate your time and patience.

    Update: Good news!

gpt-35-turbo-16k is available now in East US for deployment. Also, the limit related to 8k is resolved as well. Let us know if you are still seeing the error.

I just tried and able to deploy successfully.
