How to disable TCP TIMESTAMPS on Application Gateway

Hi!

I'm working through some vulnerability test results, and I haven't yet found a way to disable TCP timestamps on an Azure Application Gateway.

"The remote host implements TCP timestamps and therefore allows to compute the uptime."

as defined by RFC1323/RFC7323.

Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

Thanks and have a great day :)
