Hi, I’ve recently come back from overseas and I’ve been locked out of my hotmail account. I have tried to call Microsoft, I have filled out the form so many times, I have complained and posted on multiple sites. I will happily send my identification to open my email. I have important emails I need recovered. My email did not have a second email connected or mobile number. Please someone help me.
