Hello - trying to add our office 365 accounts as users for our computers. Essentially when starting the windows machine, the user will have to type their microsoft 365 email and password to log into the computer.

To do this, I tried going into portal.azure.com and enabling 'Users may join devices to Azure AD.' Then I went into 'Connect to work or school' (windows 10 pro) and successfully signed in using azure AD.

However, when I go to switch user, the option (other user) is there and I type the user's email and password. It then tells me the credentials are incorrect. I tried this with multiple accounts. Is there another password I should be using?

    Hello there,

If you're having trouble logging in to your Microsoft 365 account on a Windows 10 Pro computer, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection on your Windows 10 Pro computer. If your connection is weak or intermittent, it may prevent you from signing in to your Microsoft 365 account. Verify that other internet-dependent services are working properly.

Verify your username and password: Double-check that you are entering the correct username and password for your Microsoft 365 account. Pay attention to any capitalization, special characters, or spaces. Consider resetting your password through the Microsoft account recovery process if you're uncertain about your credentials.

Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or issues with your system. Restart your Windows 10 Pro computer and try logging in again.

Clear cached credentials: Clearing cached credentials can help resolve login issues. Follow these steps to clear cached credentials:

    a. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

    b. Type "control panel" and press Enter to open the Control Panel.

    c. In the Control Panel, select "User Accounts" and then "Credential Manager."

    d. Under "Windows Credentials," locate any credentials related to your Microsoft 365 account and remove them.

    e. Restart your computer and attempt to log in again.

Disable third-party antivirus or firewall: Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus software or firewall on your Windows 10 Pro computer. Sometimes, these security applications can interfere with the sign-in process. After disabling them, try logging in to your Microsoft 365 account.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
