We noticed many accidental folders moving using drag and drop in all our file servers.
I want to disable the Drag 'n' Drop feature in Windows Server 2019, which seems the option "gpedit.msc" is not available for Win Server 201

Almost certainly yes it would require a restart to read in the new values from registry.
