Hi team,
we are using model-gpt-35-turbo-16k on our services, but seems we got strange Chinese response from the model after we upgraded to 16k, the content of response is not related to our prompt and instruction. may I ask if there are
any similar issue on 16k model? thanks

Can you please add more details about the chat completion API or Completion API and supported version that you are using. If you use the Completion API for gpt-35-turbo, you will need to use Chat Markup Language (ChatML).

our 16k model is deployed on East US
