Windows 10 64 Bit

I have a older PC with Windows 10, but it was loaded with the 32 bit back when it was new. I should be able to upgrade that to the 64 bit, but when I went to the windows download site and reinstalled windows it did not give me the option for 32 or 64 bit. Went through the whole process hoping it would just download the 64 bit - it didn't. And I can not find anywhere on the Microsoft site a 64 bit version of Windows 10 for download. Anyone have a link to where that may be found?

I should be able to upgrade that to the 64 bit,

A cross-platfomr 32 bit => 64 bit is not possible, you have to reinstall everything from skretch.

There is no Windows upgrade option to move from 32x to 64x.

To move from 32x to 64x requires a clean install.

    .

Manually backup files to another disk drive or the cloud.

    .

Drivers and applications need to be reinstalled.

    .

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso)
