Authenticator asked for the Code when adding Account.

Question

I just reset my Android device that has all the accounts saved under Authenticator Application. it should not delete my account because it is connected online. I have tried to recover using the steps provided on this website : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40 . But it didn't detect my main email address.

I need your help guys in either removing the account from the cache or adding it back on the Authenticator app.
