I'm using the Python example on the website(text-to-speech). My settings fully complied with the guidance on the document and ensured that my key and region are correct. But this error keeps popping out. How do I fix it?

Did you set the speech resource key and region values?

@Ryan jiao Error code WS_OPEN_ERROR_UNDERLYING_IO_OPEN_FAILED is most likely an issue with not being able to connect to the east asia endpoint from your client. This is one of the most common errors if you trying to access from China or if any proxies are enabled on your network. I have worked with one of the customers before for STT scenario where proxies were causing the issue.

I would first recommend enabling logging for your SDK and then retry the scenario to check for more details on what is blocking your connection, this should help you fix the networking issues and you could retry the scenario.
