I am currently testing a cross-tenant migration batch, containing a single Mail User. The batch fails with the following error:

Error: CommunicationErrorPermanentException: The call to 'https://lo2p123mb5653.gbrp123.prod.outlook.com:64350/mrs/Microsoft.Exchange.MailboxReplicationService.ProxyService/OAuth LO2P123MB5653.GBRP123.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM (15.20.6609.22 ServerCaps:3FFFFFFF, ProxyCaps:1FFFFFFFFFFFFFC7DD2DFDBF5FFFFFCB07EFFF, MailboxCaps:, legacyCaps:1FFFFFFFFFFFFFC7DD2DFDBF5FFFFFCB07EFFF)' failed. How can I troubleshoot this?

In my case, the issue has been resolved by Microsoft. They said:

"Per checking internally, the issue has been caused by the SI EX652993"

I was able to resume migration batches and they synced.
