Hi,
What else can I do in case of builtin pool unreachable?
I have allow all IP adresses in workspace firewall settings.
I have enabled TCP ports:80,1433 and 443.
I have granted permission to access the workspace.
i've tried different browsers and incognito windows, also clared cache.
Also I can access this pool on one computer, it is unavailable on the second one.
The error message: 'Serverless SQL pool has encountered an internal error.'

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
You seem to have completed the first level of troubleshooting but still you are facing the issue. What looks strange is able to access on one computer and not on another, are you sure both are in the same network with firewall and network settings are all good? Also, I believe there is no VPN involved -pls confirm.

Most of initial troubleshooting was done by you and thanks for sharing the details.
I agree that this issue looks strange and I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. If you have a support plan could you please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and do share the SR# with us?

2023-07-19T11:05:24.42+00:00 I've also tried to login to a database which is connected to serverless SLQ pool. When I try to log in to query editor I have this error message: The X-CSRF-Signature header could not be validated. On the second computer I can login.
Also, on the computer when I can't connect to database via query editor I have installed Microsoft SQL Server, and via SSMS I can login to the database. So the conecctivity issue only applies to Azure Platform.

I also created second SQL database and also can not log in to query editor.

Note: There will be only one serverless SQL pool named
defaultin your workspace. -
