your managed identity is tied to azure app. this app must be given permission to access the graph api. see:

I am using ManagedIndentityCredential code in Javascript to fetch users from a Azure group but all I get is null values.
The same code when used with DefaultIdentityCredential works and correctly fetches the list of group members.
The managedidentity has the required permissions and is also the owner of the group.
What is it I am missing? Please help.

I understand that you're trying to get users from an Azure AD Group, but only
nullvalues are returned when using ManagedIndentityCredential , whereas the same code works when using DefaultIdentityCredential. To gain a better understanding of your issue:- Are you receiving any error message(s)?
- Have you tried troubleshooting using any debug logs or browser and Fiddler traces?
- Can you share any code snippets or documentation that you're following to set this up?
Any additional information or screenshots would be greatly appreciated.

- There is no error message that I get
- Tried troubleshooting logs using Azure Web App Logs but nothing there
- Adding screenshot of the code that does the authorization
