Not able read outlook email messages using oauth2 accessToken

i am trying to connect office 365 email by using oauth2 accessToken by using javax.mail library.
but was not able to connect to the Imap sever and read am getting always authentication failed exception.
Did the following steps:
- create app in AD.
- added following scope in it
please help me out what exactly am doing wrong here.

any solution to the above issue which am facing. and also added some more points related to the above issue.
- Microsoft Graph API is chargeable.
- For reading Outlook email messages in java using Oauth AccessToken we need a subscription to Azure is it mandatory?
