「デバイスを設定してアクセス権を取得する」とメッセージが出てログインできない

Question

会社用のスマートフォン（android）を機種変更し、アプリケーションを入れるためにIntuneポータルサイトをGoogleプレイからダウンロードしたいのですが、Googleプレイにログインしようとすると、まずGoogleアカウントを聞かれてその後のマイクロソフトのMFA認証が行われます。そしてサインインが完了した後に「デバイスを設定してアクセス権を取得する」「メール、ファイル、データにアクセスする前にこのデバイスをセキュリティで保護する必要があります。」とのメッセージがでます。そのまま続行のボタンを押すと、Googleプレイへ移動と出て、そのまま進むと「ログインできませんでした」とメッセージがでて、ログインできません。

Error Code:530003
