    Hi @Glenn Maxwell

    Could you please tell me:

Did the two users also encounter the same problem on the web client?

Are these two users users within the organization or guest or external users?

If the issue only occurs on the desktop client, ask both users to try clearing the cache or to see if Teams is not updated to the latest version.

    a.Clear cache:

    User's image

    b.Check for update:

    User's image

As an alternative solution, you could create a group chat with you and the two users and then you log out of that group chat, which would create an alternate 1v1 chat for the two users.

Users may not be able to send messages to one another due to an issue with the Teams service. If there are any known issues, you can view the Team's service status page to find out.

You might attempt the following additional troubleshooting steps:

    • Restart Teams: Restarting Teams can occasionally resolve message-sending issues.
    • Clear Teams cache: In some cases, message sending issues might be resolved by clearing the Teams cache.
    • Reinstalling Teams: is an option in case all else fails.
