Exporting users with specific licenses : csv files does not contains always the same columns

Question

I'm exporting users from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Blling > Licenses), but depending on the license selected I dont get the same columns, can someone explain why ?

• "Office 365 E1" and "Office 365 F3" :
  • Last name,State or province,Has license,City,Country or region,Display name,User principal name,Initials,Licenses,Department,Signin status,Sync type,Usage location,AssignedProductSkus,Dir sync enabled,Is guest user,Object id,Job title,First name,Selected,Office,Has Exchange
• Office 365 E3 :
  • Block credential,City,Country/Region,Department,DirSyncEnabled,Display name,Fax,First name,Last dirsync time,Last name,Last password change time stamp,License assignment details,Licenses,Mobile Phone,Oath token meta data,Object Id,Office,Password never expires,Phone number,Postal code,Preferred data location,Preferred language,Proxy addresses,Release track,Soft deletion time stamp,State,Street address,Strong password required,Title,Usage location,User principal name,When created

By the way I can't use powershell for internal reasons (my M365 account is not allowed to use powershell on the tenant, because I'm not in the ADMIN/DEV teams, but in a team that manage the platform for its functionnal part).
