How to fix webinar time zone changing to (UTC) Co-ordinated Universal Time after accepting invite

Hello Jimmy, many thanks for the response but this has not resolved my issue, the time zone on my device, my ms teams, and outlook are all set to the same time zone which is (UTC = 00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London

The webinar invite is accepted by the recipient on outlook and by the time the recipient accepts the invite, the time zone changes to 00 (UTC) Co-ordinated Universal Time and the time will go back by 1hr

How did you join the webinar? From registration form?

What is your time zone before you join this meeting?

I did a test in our environment. Time zone could be changed when you use this option. If you want to change it, you could edit the webinar like the following pictures:
