Which Azure DDoS Protection service offers DDoS rapid response support?

I believe there is a mistake in here if I'm wrong please correct me

Azure DDoS IP Protection

DDoS IP Protection is a pay-per-protected IP model. DDoS IP Protection contains the same core engineering features as DDoS Network Protection, but will differ in the following value-added services:

• DDoS rapid response support
• Cost protection
• Discounts on WAF.

DDos Protection have different SKUs and as the Question is Specific to "DDoS Rapid response" which is SKU specific offering and dosn't comes with DDoS IP Protection

I believe the value-added services is on the DDoS Network Protection side, as can be read from the SKU table in the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ddos-protection/ddos-protection-sku-comparison#skus
