I understand your concern about disablement of your Azure subscription. Your Azure subscription is disabled for not complying with 'Acceptable Use Policy' (you'll need to scroll down a bit). For more details, you can refer to the terms for Azure offerings.
You can try reaching out to your school admin and see if they can raise a support request on your behalf.

Based on this response, you will not have the subscription reactivated. It is quite possible that someone was abusing Azure services.
I would recommend reaching out to Azure Support to see if you can open a new account with pay-as-you-go subscription if you'd like to continue using Azure.
