Have you made any changes to your computer recently, such as updates, etc.?
Here are some basic troubleshooting steps:
- This could be due to corrupted or damaged system files. Please run in PowerShell: sfc /scannow
- Disable third-party antivirus software.
- Run a Windows safety scan. Proceed as follows: Settings > Privacy & Security>Windows Security, choose the Virus and Threat option. Once done, hit the quick scan option.
