Error during Queue Item Migration from On-Premises to Online CRM: Active Queue Item Already Exists

During the migration process of Queue Items from on-premises to online mode using the SSIS tool, I am encountering a recurring issue with the following error message for many records:

{56C4D910-B4ED-E411-9427-00155D6D683E}, -2147220186, -1, CRM service call returned an error: An active Queue Item already exists for the object with objectId = 55c4d910-b4ed-e411-9427-00155d6d683e and objectidtypecode = 112.

Before initiating the migration of Queue Items, I have ensured that all related activities and cases have already been migrated successfully.

However, after performing the migration, I am unable to locate the specific Queue Item inside its respective queue. Additionally, the missing Queue Item cannot be found through the Advanced Find feature either. Even after attempting to change the subgrid view and verifying that the Queue is of the public type, the Queue Item remains inaccessible.

It is worth noting that the user performing the migration has the System Admin role, so permissions should not be the cause of the issue.

Interestingly, when I use XRM Toolbox, I can observe the missing Queue Items without any problem.

I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem and achieve a successful migration of Queue Items to the online mode.
