How can I speed up the process of getting access to a VM with GPU?

I need to setup a VM with GPU for a client to run a Unity game type application. I've requested quota to have access for these GPU VMs but I get it rejected, I have escalated with a ticket but it has automatic C priority that cannot be changed. I am having my client wait I don't know for how long until someone at MSFT picks up this request, what can I do to speed up the process? I don't understand why I can't access such VM that needs this process, nothing when I request the VM suggests there is no capacity in the UK south region. thank you, Sergio

    Some GPU VM series are highly sought after and will be prioritised. It's not a queue, it's a managed triage for availability - you could be waiting a long time.

    I suggest;

    1. Choose another VM SKU, there are several.
    2. Assuming your a partner/managed account - speak to your Microsoft contact to get more momentum behind your capacity request
