I am receiving the following message (which appears just below the one-time password codes) when logging into my Authenticator account: "Re-enable phone sign-in. Sign in without a password" >> When clicking on this option, the APP warns that the " Your screen lock has been changed" and the button "REABLE ENTRY BY PHONE" appears >> when I click on it, it asks me to log in to the account >> when I do so, the entry request appears with my location, I click approve the entry > > but then the APP shows the following dialog: "Your screen lock has been changed. Phone sign-in will not work for j...@hotmail.com. You will need to enable phone sign-in again in your account", with two choices at the end "CANCEL" or "CONFIGURE". This message always comes back to the end when trying to "CONFIGURE", like in a loop. I didn't change my Screen Lock and curiously the APP opens normally with my fingerprint. The biggest problem is not being able to receive account entry notices with the respective codes in an account without a password. My cell phone is a Motorola Edge 30 Pro with Android 13. The Microsoft Authenticator APP worked normally, the only recent change was the Android 13 system update, I also recently returned from a trip to the US.
