    Hi @todd heyman ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research, i found that there's no such a built-in feature in Outlook for Mac to insert link image directly.

As a workaround, i found a thread mentioned that A work-around would be to make a Word template and use that as the editing tool for new email messages rather than the Outlook email editor. A way to do this would be to open a new, blank document in Microsoft Word. Change the View to Web Layout. Add a footer that acts as your signature. In the footer, use the Word field InlcudePicture to insert the URL of the picture you wish to use in quotation marks. Make any other formatting you want included in the template such as font, theme, border, etc. Please refer to it and try the suggestion: How to insert BY URL an image into a signature block in Outlook for Mac.

    Hope to help you!

The suggestion made by Jay Freedman in 2019 was to set up a Word template with a linked image and then use the option in Word to send the document as an e-mail in HTML format.
