Azure notification hubs unexpected notification encountered

Here is the error I am getting on the command SendFcmNativeNotificationAsync.

• Have you checked if there are any firewalls or security groups that might be blocking the connection to fluentpayment.servicebus.windows.net:443
• Ensure that the Azure connection string and hub name you're using are correct. Incorrect configuration could lead to such issues.
