Can someone explain what's the meaning of the error encountered after robocopy finish copying all folder and files. please let me know what is the best solution for this kind of error after using robocopy.
Robocopy Error 2 (0x00000002) Copying file \Servername\folderName\Subfolder The System cannot find the file specified.

Whats the robocopy command that you're using?
Is it possible that the file name/path contains special characters, or that the folder/file path limit has been reached, could the file be locked/open/in use?

This is the actual command I use. is it possible that the sub folder path with special characters causing the error?
Robocopy "\servername\Finance and Accounting Department" "G:\Finance and Accounting Department" /MIR /SEC /R:3 /W:3 /MT:32 /log:G:\Logs1\FinanceandAccountingDepartment.txt

I appreciate that this an extremely late response and you'll hopefully have resolved this issue long ago by now, but just looking at the command you've specified, I'm wondering if you had a typo here:
"\servername\Finance and Accounting Department"
I would have expected to see a double \\ for the UNC path i.e.
"\\servername\Finance and Accounting Department"

I got the same error. the source and destination paths are mentioned in quotes as there is a space in the path, still no luck.
