How to get the mail opened/read time in microsoft mail account

i was not able to get the mail opened/read time from my mail account using graph api.

Welcome to our forum!

Based on my research and test in Outlook desktop client and Exchange (use Get-MessageTrace code as Manu Philip mentioned), i can't get the opened/read time of emails. I'm afraid that it's not available in Outlook desktop client and Exchange.

Thanks for your answer,

I already added all this permissions and I am able to read/get the data using the api like total items count , datetime fields like createdDateTime, lastModifiedDateTime , receivedDateTime and sentDateTime and other data.

So , my problem is will i get the mail opened/read time of the user mail using any api.

If there is any API to fetch the mail readDateTime , please help me with your answer.

I think, you have to go for EXO cmdlet Get-MessageTrace or from the EAC to understand the read status/time of a message. Graph doesn't support to fetch the read time
