Zone was not loaded from dns-server - on 2 of 2 domain controllers

on 2 out of 2 domain controllers the error: zone was not loaded by dns server is displayed. any connection problems are excluded and have been tested. affected are 2 forward lookup zones, one that of the domain.

Error IDs are AD DS2974, 1200 and DNS 4013. the possible fixes have already been tried. unfortunately no success. microsoft support has not been in touch since monday.

The problem occurred when we updated the domain controller with the update 07-2023 (Windows server 2023).

so far only one A DNS record is affected which no longer resolves everything else works to 90% no zones can be deleted because missing the authorization is reported although domain admin anyone an idea?
